About Me
My name is Fleur and I am a Yoga teacher based in West Sussex.
My journey with yoga began when I had the realisation that I needed to make some positive changes in my life, my mental health was at a low and I wasn’t taking care of my physical body. I really did start from the very beginng.
Fast forward several years my love for yoga only continued to grow always giving me reasons to keep practicing.
A new martial arts gym was opening in my aria and the head coach mentioned to me that he was looking to employ a Yoga teacher and I thought to myself “hey, I could do that” so I decided to do my 200hr YTT with Yoga Renew online. and from there my teaching began.
I have since gone onto do my 300 hrs in Rishikesh, India, which was truly a life changing experience in which I hope to share onto students and we learn and grow together.
I teach Traditional Hatha Yoga and Hatha Vinyasa styled classes. In a typical class with me you can expect Pranayama , Asana and meditation all put together to help you feel lighter and freer than when you walked in.
